Description: Chief Justice Martin of the Supreme Court of Western Australian remarked, The expense involved in discovery can be horrendous.

Litigation is a commercial reality for many organisations. Giving discovery of relevant documents is typically the most time and cost intensive litigation process prior to trial. Seamus' presentation will illustrate a practical approach to e-discovery, based on the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM). The presentation will also highlight recent Australian developments in relation to e-discovery.
